At VENNEKA, we hope you love your new bag as much as we do. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find all the details for returns and refunds — simple, clear, and no fine print vibes.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and protective packaging
  • Sent back with proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code during promotional periods are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your current order and place a new one.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at orders@venneka.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with instructions and the return shipping address. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Venneka is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Wrong Items?

We do our best to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition. But if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.
